Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Recruiter. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the security or safety industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
