Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. They will handle employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Senior HR Generalist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic HR guidance to promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This role must possess critical thinking skills and the ability to create workflows and processes with little to no direction. This role will report directly to the VP of Human Resources.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management
- Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies
- Experience in employee benefits administration
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- SHRM CP PHR preferred
